Caravan summary report constrain

In order to produce caravan report, the following condition need to meet

1. Tow ball weight must be 60kg or greater and
2. All 3 platforms (A,B,C) must be loaded( > 80kg) for both transactions and
3.  Tow ball percentage/ratio must be less than 20%
4. If platform D is loaded in first step then user will be pushed as first weigh at the terminal end. This type of transactions will not produce any report.
